Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport Announces New Guest Service Manager

Brittney has served as the Reservationist at Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport since June of 2019 and is no stranger to the hospitality industry. She began her hospitality career in 2001 and has worked in every department of the hotel since.

Brittney’s manager, Ms. Brittany Steward (AGM), says, “Brittney has really stepped up during the pandemic, taking on additional duties with Sales and at the Front Desk. She is always looking for opportunities to help the team in any department.” Ms. Steward also added, “Brittney was chosen for this position because she has proven herself to be a great example to her teammates and a natural leader. She knows our hotel well and has previous management experience. I am excited to watch her excel in this new role!”

Brittney is looking forward to being challenged in this new role and continuing to learn more about Front of House Operations. Her aspirations are to one day become a Director of Rooms or Assistant General Manager.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. They also have a lavish garden that produces vegetables, fruits, grains and even beautiful flowers. It is her dream that one day she and her husband can own their own restaurant featuring items from their garden.
