David Owen

David has accepted the position of Senior Project Manager for our corporate office in Bellingham, WA. David started his career in construction project management as a general contractor in Bellingham, WA in the 90's. He was then hired as a Project Engineer with Exxel Pacific in 1998 and has since worked in construction & development for several local & international companies. David spent 5 years of his career as a Construction Manager with Wyndham Worldwide. His most recent position was with Greenfab Homes LLC in Seattle, WA as Operations Manager. When asked what brought David to Hollander, he said "Hollander Investments & Hospitality have a reputation for being a great place to work. It's important for me to work with a group of motivated and talented professionals, and within a company that has a strong and stable past with exciting measured growth in its forecast. I am very glad to be part of the company to help shape this bright future." In David's new role, he hopes to be a source of inspiration, direction & information to his fellow team members and help nurture their professional development as well as continue his own. A fun fact about David is that he arrived to the USA from London in 1989 and has been a Bellingham resident ever since. He enjoys family time, gardening, and soccer (football). David's prior experience and abilities will be a great asset to our company. We are excited to have him aboard as we continue to develop. Welcome David!
