Hollander Hospitality Welcomes New Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing
With the recent addition of the Holiday Inn Everett, it was decided an appropriate time to create a new position within the Hollander Investments corporate team titled Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing. We are pleased to announce that Eno Spina-Denson has accepted the new role and will be joining the corporate team as of July 4th. Eno joined the company in 2012 as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Crowne Plaza Portland and is currently the Lead Director of Sales and Marketing for Hollander Investments working out of the Crowne Plaza in Portland. Eno began her career with Residence Inn and Courtyard holding various positions such as FOM and Sales Manager, and was promoted to Director of Sales at the Courtyard Portland Lloyd Center in 2006. During her six years as DOS at the Courtyard, she was recognized for her leadership and was awarded Direct-Sales Leader of the Year from Marriott International for Select Service; Director of Sales of the Year from CSM Lodging; as well as Sales team of the Year from CSM Lodging. Eno has proven these same leadership qualities at the Crowne Plaza Portland and over the last 18 months as the Lead DOS for Hollander Investments. As the Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing, Eno will work closely with General Managers and Directors of Sales to provide additional support and guidance for our sales organization. She will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of sales programs and creating consistent sales processes, as well as providing training to enhance the growth and development of our sales teams. Eno will be transitioning into her new role over the next several weeks while also hiring and training her replacement DOSM in Portland. We are so excited for the leadership Eno will bring to this new position and eager to see how she will be able to help and support all of our sales teams in the future.
