Tiara Rivers

Tiara has accepted the position of Guest Service Manager for our Holiday Inn Express in Puyallup, WA. Tiara has been with Hollander since February of 2001. Since joining the Holiday Inn Express team, she has worked in many positions including Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Houseperson, Front Desk Agent, Breakfast Host and most recently Guest Service Supervisor. In this new role she is looking forward to accomplishing new goals, gaining confidence in a leadership role, and getting the 'behind the scenes' of the hotel industry. Outside of Hollander, Tiara's accomplishments include being a mother to 3 beautiful girls and being able to travel after high school. She was able to live in Hawaii for a year. A fun fact about Tiara is that she loves to go camping and do anything outdoors. She also likes to collet rare currency and $2.00 bills and coins from all around the world. Alissa DeLong, Tiara's manager and GM of the Express, says that "Tiara has many years of experience at the HIE. She has done an amazing job as our front desk supervisor and is eager to take the next step and be the leader of our front desk team. Tiara is focused on developing strong team members that deliver superior customer service. She has such a positive attitude and her energy helps motivate and inspire the staff to be successful."
